Dan Berry

Dan is head of behavioural science for NHS England. Dan’s team works on a range of behaviour change challenges across the NHS, for instance in the use of digital health technologies, prevention, and prescribing.

Dan has been an applied behavioural scientist since 2012, when he led the first behavioural insights team at the UK government Department of Health. He was subsequently director of a global communications agency. Many of Dan’s research projects have been published, including in highly regarded journals such as The Lancet.

Adam Flitton

Formerly head of behavioural science at a leading global consultancy, Adam now drives behavioural science in one of the world’s biggest financial services companies.

Recognised for delivering some of the most significant commercial outcomes in the field, Adam has a PhD in psychology and has worked in behavioural science for over ten years, leading behavioural science initiatives for some of the world’s most recognisable brands in tech, health, finance and beyond.
